Our Approach

How we structure our work

Each of our services addresses a different need. A client who is planning their own estate may only need a consultation and a written summary of the options available to them. A family managing a deceased parent's estate will typically need probate guidance. And some matters — particularly where a will is contested or a beneficiary's position is unclear — require the specific support we provide for disputed inheritances.

Across all three services, our methodology is consistent: we take time to understand the specific circumstances before advising, we document everything clearly, and we communicate in plain language throughout. We do not assume familiarity with legal process and we do not move faster than the client is ready to.

Fees are stated and agreed before work begins. For complex matters outside the standard scope, we discuss and confirm any addition before proceeding.

Understand before advising

We gather the relevant facts about the estate and family before forming a view on the appropriate course of action.

Document everything

Every consultation produces a written summary. Every instruction is confirmed in writing. Every document prepared undergoes a two-stage review.

Communicate at every stage

We do not wait for clients to ask for updates. We provide them at each meaningful stage, in English or Thai as preferred.

Service 01

Estate & Will Consultation

A respectful conversation to understand a client's wishes or an estate's circumstances. We explain inheritance law plainly, outline the steps involved, and answer questions patiently. Suited to those planning ahead or newly responsible for an estate. Concludes with a written summary and clear next steps.

  • Thorough explanation of Thai inheritance law as it applies to your situation
  • Written summary of discussion and next steps provided at no extra charge
  • Suitable for will planning, asset registration, or understanding a current estate
  • Available in English and Thai

How the consultation proceeds

1

We receive your enquiry and schedule a meeting at our Witthayu Road office, or by video call if preferred.

2

We ask you to share relevant information beforehand — details of the estate, existing documents, family structure — so the meeting is well-prepared.

3

The consultation takes place, typically lasting 60–90 minutes. We listen, explain, and answer your questions.

4

Within three working days, we send you a written summary of the discussion and a clear outline of recommended next steps.

Standard Fee

฿4,600

per consultation

Estate and Will Consultation

"Who is this service for?"

This service is suited to individuals who want to understand their own estate planning options, or who have recently become responsible for a deceased person's estate and do not yet know what the process involves. It is also useful for families who need to clarify who stands to inherit before taking further steps.

Probate Guidance and Administration

"Who is this service for?"

This service is suited to executors and families managing the administration of an estate where probate is required. It is particularly useful where the estate contains registered property, business interests, or multiple beneficiaries — or where the executor is unfamiliar with the process and would benefit from guided, step-by-step support.

Service 02

Probate Guidance & Administration

  • Full preparation of court documents and executor appointment applications
  • Liaison with Bangkok Civil Court, Land Department, and financial institutions
  • Plain-language duties guide for the executor
  • Regular family updates throughout the process

The administration process

1

Initial assessment of the estate — assets, debts, beneficiaries, existing documents.

2

Preparation and filing of the executor appointment petition at the Bangkok Civil Court.

3

Asset gathering — notification of banks, Land Department, and other relevant institutions.

4

Settlement of valid estate debts and distribution to beneficiaries, with full documentation.

Service 03

Inheritance Dispute Support

Considered representation where an inheritance is contested. Includes assessment, preparation, negotiation, and advocacy — all handled with sensitivity to family relationships. We set realistic expectations, explain each step, and aim wherever possible for outcomes that preserve dignity and reduce conflict.

  • Full assessment of the legal merits before advising on whether to proceed
  • Negotiation and correspondence with opposing parties
  • Court representation where proceedings are necessary
  • Sensitivity to preserving family relationships where possible

The dispute support process

1

Initial assessment of the disputed matter — we evaluate the position and advise honestly on its strengths and realistic outcomes.

2

Pre-litigation correspondence and negotiation — many matters resolve at this stage without court proceedings.

3

If proceedings are necessary, we prepare the court documents and represent the client through each hearing.

4

Resolution and post-judgment steps — ensuring any court order is carried into effect correctly.

This service is for those who believe an inheritance has been handled incorrectly — whether through an invalid will, an improperly appointed executor, assets excluded from an estate, or a distribution that does not reflect the legal entitlements of all beneficiaries.
